Nite Glo 101:
The first Toledo Pride Nite Glo will be taking place on the University of Toledo Campus on Friday, August 10. On-site registration and race check-in will begin at 6pm in the Tom Trimble Lounge in the UT Student Union. On-site registration is $18 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 Mile Fun Run, Walk or Roll. Registration fees include t-shirts for all pre-registered racers (and while supplies last for participants registering on-site), goodie bags, glow sticks and more.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female 5K finishers, including iPods for the male and female winners! The 1 Mile Fun Run, Walk or Roll is a family-friendly, pet-friendly event.
The courses will start and finish in the University’s Centennial Mall located between the Student Union and University Hall. The course is flat, aside from one hill through campus. You can view the 5K map at http://www.usatf.org/
All participants and guests are to park in lot 10 located across from Savage Arena off of Stadium Drive. To find the Student Union, take the path next to the tennis courts, cross over the bridge and walk through the Carlson Library.
Proceeds from the Toledo Pride Nite Glo will benefit the Pride of Toledo Foundation, EqualityToledo and UT Spectrum.
