Interesting in performing at Toledo Pride 2013?  Please fill out the requested information below and submit it to our Entertainment Coordinator.  Please keep in mind that all performances before 10pm are required to be family-friendly and appropriate for guests of all ages.

Placement
Toledo Pride will determine the placement of all performers/groups involved in the entertainment portion of the day’s events.

Attire
All attire must remain on through the duration of each entertainer’s performance.  If a performance calls for the removal of any clothing, it must be pre-approved by the Toledo Pride committee prior to performance.

Alcohol
Entertainers may not be intoxicated at any point during their performance.  Visually intoxicated performers will not be allowed to take the stage.

Tipping
Any tips are based on each individual performer and will not be split among entertainers, unless performing in a group of two or more.

This contract affirms the applicant and/or group represented by the applicant is in accordance to the missions of Equality Toledo and Toledo Pride.  Signature of this contract also affirms that the individual or group named does not discriminate in hiring, employment, participation or services rendered based on the fact or perception of a person’s race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, disability or AIDS/HIV status.
