In 2012, over 150 people braved the pouring rain to participate in the first annual Toledo Pride Nite Glo 5K. This year, lights and flags will outline the course through The University of Toledo Main Campus on Friday, August 23. The event also includes a 1 mile fun walk run or roll. In addition to a race shirt each participant will receive a glow stick and other cool swag. Black lights will Illuminate the end of the race. NEW THIS YEAR: The race will be officially timed by the Toledo Road Runners with Chip Technology!
The Toledo Pride Nite Glo 5K course will start and end in Centennial Mall between the Student Union and University Bell Tower. The remainder of the course will take you through The University of Toledo Campus, which is Ranked in the Top 20 most beautifully landscaped campuses in the country. The course is mostly flat except for one major hill that is located just past the mile mark.
The race will start at 8:30pm followed by the 1 mile fun walk, roll or run.

Registration:

Get a $3 discount per person ($15) if you sign up a team of 5-10 people. Individual registration for the 1 Mile Fun Run, Walk or Roll is $12 per person. Online pre-registration includes a race t-shirt, glow stick and swag bag.
Day-Of Registration:
Day-of registration will take place this year at Centennial Mall. Day-of registration will start on August 23rd at 6:00 pm The cost for the 5K and 1 mile will remain the same, but T-shirts will NOT be guaranteed to participants who register on the day of the race.

Parking should be available in lot 10 across from Savage Arena, which is located on Stadium Drive. Walk across past the tennis courts and over the bridge to find the Student Union.
Driving from 75, take 475 West and get off at the Secor Exit. Head south on Secor and turn left on Bancroft. Turn Right onto North Towerview Blvd the Fulton Drive Exit and left onto Stadium drive. Lot 10 will be on your right.

The awards presentation will begin immediately after the completion of the 5k run/walk.
