Toledo Pride is hosting food vendors for our 17th annual festival, August 14-16, 2026, at Promenade Park in downtown Toledo. If you have a Golden Ticket, that means you are a food truck or vendor who has worked with us before and you can add your code below. We are working on a Waitlist/Cancellation list, if you are interested in becoming a food vendor, please fill out the info below. Both close August 1, 2026.

8 things to know

Health Department permits

All food vendors must hold a current Toledo-Lucas County Health Department temporary food service license and provide proof of insurance with their application. Mobile food units must include current operating permits.

Gated event - carry in / carry out

This is a gated event. No cars are allowed inside the event during festival hours. Plan your setup and teardown around park access windows. Bring hand carts if needed.

Setup, hours, & teardown

Vendors must be completely set up no later than 11:30 AM. Festival opens at noon. Hours run noon to 7 PM with an option to extend to 10 PM. Indicate your departure time on the form.

Power & water

Limited electricity is available on request - indicate amperage needs on your application. Gas-powered generators are not permitted due to noise and fume restrictions. No on-site water hookups; bring what you need.

Booth & weights

No structure may exceed 15 feet in height. Tents must be weighted with 40 pounds per leg. Stakes are not permitted on park grounds. Toledo Pride has final determination over booth placement.

Cleanup & deposits

If your space is left with garbage, grease, debris, or weights, your business is liable for a $50 cleanup fee. Grease must be contained and removed by you - no disposal in park trash.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancel before August 1, 2026 for a full refund. Cancellations after the deadline are non-refundable.
