
Parade Registration
The annual Toledo Pride Parade draws thousands of people from all over to the streets of downtown Toledo in celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community. Each year the parade grows in numbers. If you are interested in participating in this years parade as a walking group or with your own vehicle or float please fill out or online form and our Parade Coordinator will be in touch.
Toledo Pride Parade FAQ’s
The parade takes place on Saturday, August 16th, 2025, from 12:00 PM to approximately 1:00 PM.
The parade kicks off at 17th & Adams St. and travels down Adams St. to Summit St., in downtown Toledo.
Check-in begins at 9:30 AM at 20th & Adams St. near the Ottawa Tavern parking lot.
All participants must be checked in no later than 10:30 AM.
Floats and vehicles must enter at 21st & Adams St. for line-up and staging.
Come prepared for the weather! Water, sunscreen, and shade are recommended for all participants.
All groups—walking or with floats/vehicles—must register in advance.
Exceptions are only made for accessibility or official security vehicles.
Yes. Floats must not exceed the width of a single traffic lane.
Yes, but you must notify us on your application if using amplified sound. This helps us reduce overlapping sound between groups.
No. Throwing items like confetti, candy, or flyers is prohibited.
Items must be handed directly to spectators to reduce litter and ensure safety.
All participants must align with Toledo Pride’s mission of equality, inclusion, and non-discrimination. Organizations must not discriminate based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or health status.
