COMMUNITY CONNECTION & VENDORS

Thank you for your interest in joining us for the Toledo Pride 3-Day Festival! Please find attached the information regarding community organization and vendor booth registration and setup. Space/Booth Details
No structure may exceed 15’ in height. You may provide any tent or booth structure as long as it falls within the City of Toledo safety guidelines and fits within the space you have rented. Your tent must be weighted and secured 40 pounds per leg. Toledo Pride does not supply tables and chairs. Toledo Pride has final determination over the placement of all booths within designated location. Please note this event is a gated event meaning that you must carry in and carry out any of your supplies; no cars are allowed in the event. Please bring handcarts, if needed. We recognize that not all can do this and if so, this event may not be for you. Vendors need to be completely set up no later than 11:30 am. Vendors will have the option of closing at 7:00 pm or staying open through 10 PM. NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED FROM BOOTHS DUE TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS. (pre-packaged candy is acceptable)
Power
Electricity is NOT available for community or vendor booths. You may bring your personal battery-powered equipment. Gas-powered generators are not permitted due to noise and fume emissions.
Noise
We love music however, as a courtesy to other exhibitors, Toledo Pride reserves the right to limit amplified sound from your booth.
Special Requests
All special requests must be included in this application, please add additional paper if necessary. Late requests have no guarantee of accommodation.
Cancellations
You may cancel your booth application at any time before the stated application deadline of Thursday, August 1, 2024, and receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the stated deadline will not be refunded.

This agreement confirms that both you, the applicant, and the business or organization you represent, acknowledge and embrace the mission of Toledo Pride. Our mission is to celebrate and educate the LGBTQIA+ community in Toledo, Ohio, and its surrounding areas while advocating for equal rights for all.
The signature of this agreement also affirms that you the applicant—and the business or organization you represent—do not engage in discriminatory practices in hiring, employment, participation, or services rendered based on the fact or perception of a person’s race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, disability or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome or HIV Status.
Family Friendly
We are striving to make Toledo Pride a fun experience for all ages. We encourage vendors to host a kid-friendly game or activity at their booth. For example coloring pages, face painting, games, etc.
