Toledo Pride is welcoming entertainment applications for this year's festival - marking 17 years celebrating Pride. Whether you're a musician, dancer, singer, or a dazzling drag king or queen, your talent is a vital component of Pride and self-expression. Join us this year to celebrate 2026 Pride.

- Availability: Friday, Saturday, or both.

Who we book
Musicians, dancers, singers, drag kings and queens, DJs, bands, spoken word artists, theater, comedy - all welcome. We program for an all-ages, all-identities audience, and we love seeing local talent on Toledo Pride stages.
Volunteer basis
Performing at Toledo Pride is on a volunteer basis only. You will be asked to confirm this on the application. Toledo Pride is a nonprofit and your performance helps keep the festival free and open to the community.
Days & availability
We book entertainment on Friday, August 14 and Saturday, August 15. Indicate your availability on the form - Friday, Saturday, or both. Sunday programming is handled separately for the Big Rainbow Brunch.
Submission materials
Include links to your entertainment page, videos, or images of you performing. Upload at least one image or video. If you need a promo photo taken, let us know - we can arrange it. Upload music file(s) if applicable. Files up to 100 MB.
Content & audience
Toledo Pride is an all-ages community event. Daytime and main-stage sets must be appropriate for families. The Entertainment Coordinator will confirm the right stage and time for your act.
