Thank you for your interest in joining us for the Toledo Pride 3-Day Festival, celebrating 17 years of Pride in Toledo. Booth space at Promenade Park on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from noon to 7 PM with a 10 PM extended option. Commercial vendors and non-profit community organizations welcome.
Booth & structure rules
No structure may exceed 15 feet in height. You may provide any tent or booth that fits within City of Toledo safety guidelines and within your rented space. Tents must be weighted and secured with 40 pounds per leg. Toledo Pride does not supply tables and chairs - bring your own. Toledo Pride has determination over the placement of all booths.
Gated event - carry in / carry out
This is a gated event. You must carry in and carry out all supplies. No cars are allowed inside the event. Bring hand carts if you need them. We recognize that not all can do this, and if so, this event may not be a fit.
Setup, hours, & teardown
Vendors must be completely set up no later than 11:30 AM. The festival opens at noon. You can choose to close at 7:00 PM or stay open through 10:00 PM. Indicate your departure time on the application. If your space is left with garbage, debris, or tent weights, your business is liable for a $50 cleanup fee.
No food or drink sales
Per Health Department regulations, no food or drink can be sold or distributed from community vendor booths. Pre-packaged water and candy is acceptable. Food vendor permits are handled separately.
Power & noise
Electricity is not available for community or vendor booths. Battery-powered equipment is fine. Gas-powered generators are not permitted due to noise and fume emissions. Toledo Pride reserves the right to limit amplified sound from any booth as a courtesy to other exhibitors.
Vendor license
If you are a merchant selling goods, upload your vendor license with the application or bring a copy with you to check-in. Info booths and nonprofits without sales do not require a license.
Family friendly
We're striving to make Toledo Pride a fun experience for all ages. Vendors are encouraged to host a kid-friendly game or activity at their booth - coloring pages, face painting, games, etc.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel your application at any time before the deadline of August 1, 2026 and receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the deadline are not refundable. Pay online by completing the form above.
