Toledo Pride is turning 17, and we need YOU to help make it the biggest and best celebration yet! Our annual 3-day event in downtown Toledo (August 14–16, 2026) brings thousands together in the spirit of love, community, and equality. We’re looking for volunteers for check-in stations, parade hype, and festival support. Whether you’re a Pride veteran or joining for the first time, we’d love to have you on the team.
What you'll do
Volunteers help with check-in stations, parade hype, festival hospitality, family-zone hosting, wristband distribution, merch tables, and clean-up. You’ll be paired with an experienced lead and never asked to do something alone.
Check-in locations
Friday shifts check in @ Stage. Saturday + Sunday shifts check in @ Grinders. We will email exact addresses and your shift lead’s phone number the week of the event.
Service hours & students
We can sign off on service hours for high school, college, NHS, and community organizations. Bring the form to your shift and ask any team lead to sign at check-in or check-out.
Code of conduct
Volunteers represent Toledo Pride. Be kind, be patient, watch out for each other. Harassment of attendees, staff, or fellow volunteers is grounds for immediate dismissal. Toledo Pride is a zero-tolerance environment for discrimination of any kind.
